Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at journeytree92@gmail.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions and, if accepted, a return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues — Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong.

Exceptions / non-returnable items — Custom/personalized items, hygiene or personal-care items, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges — Return the item you have; once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

International orders (EU 14-day cooling-off period) — EU shipments can be cancelled/returned within 14 days without justification. Our 15-day window already covers this.

Refunds — Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (bank/card processing may add time). Contact us if you haven't seen it after 15 business days.
