Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at journeytree92@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For prepaid orders, the amount is credited back to your card or UPI within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
